Please follow the instructions below to secure your spot for the Conference & Expedition by making your cabin suite booking.

Step 2: Proceed with booking your choice of cabin suite for the Expedition/Voyage

Select your preferred cabin suite below and proceed with making your booking by paying your 30% cabin suite deposit which secures your accommodation on-board (and confirms your spot to attend the Conference & Expedition).
*PLEASE NOTE: The cost of your cabin suite includes your accommodation, all meals, 1x complimentary Antarctica Parka per person (yours to keep after the voyage), plus all expedition activities scheduled as inclusions of the Antarctica Expedition/Voyage.

We highly recommend following these steps as soon as possible to avoid disappointment:
Cabin suite bookings are made on a ‘first come, first served’ basis and are based on availability of cabins.
Cabin suite bookings can only be secured with a 30% deposit which is due at the time of submitting your booking/reservation form to us.
The remaining balance of your voyage/cabin booking will need to be paid by January 30th, 2023.
We will be contacting you directly via email with payment plan options which allows you to pay the remaining balance of your cabin suite booking in instalments over the coming months.

What is this for?

As per the Conference Event webpage, the Voyage Cost for 10 day, 9 night per person is:

Verandah Cabin Suite:             $15,721 per person – double occupancy (Regularly $18,995pp)
Infinity Cabin Suite:                 $15,996 per person – double occupancy (Regularly $19,395pp)

All Conference attendees, plus those individuals coming along as partners/traveling companions are required to have to purchase this mandatory transfer package.

All Conference attendees, plus those individuals coming along as partners/traveling companions, who are joining us for the duration of the Expedition Conference, are required to have a reservation for the voyage / cabin booking (+ mandatory transfer package).
