What are the costs involved?
It depends on the destination, the length of the programme, and the accommodation you choose. Costs generally cover the conference registration fee, which includes the accredited lectures, speakers and networking events, plus travel and accommodation at premium locations.
Excursions vary. Some are included, others are optional add-ons. On expedition cruises most meals and onboard services are included. International airfare is not included, though we advise on routes.
Do you arrange flights?
You are welcome to book your own. Most delegates use our travel agent, who knows the event dates and logistics and can coordinate arrivals and transfers. We often secure group rates that beat booking independently.
Can I bring family members?
Yes, and most people do. Close friends are welcome too. The destinations are the point, so we build the programme around delegates travelling with the people they care about.
