Lower costs and minimised financial risk
No venue hire and no AV expenses, with onboard technical support included. Meals sit inside the per-person voyage cost, which attendees and their companions pay directly.

We handle strategy, marketing, delegate booking and customer support, and we are on site for the event itself.

Delegate fees stay with the convenors
All delegate fees, and any industry sponsorship you arrange, remain with you.

Complimentary speaker cabins and rooms
Keynote speakers travel in free cabins or rooms, which reduces your costs. How many depends on the event type, the group size and the provider. Upgrades to double occupancy let speakers bring a companion.

Transparent pricing
We charge a per-person administration fee at the point of booking and are compensated by the cruise or accommodation provider. You pay only a nominal implementation fee.
