Here are the 3 Steps necessary to make your booking and secure your spot on the Legends of MSK CME/CPD Conference & Expedition to Antarctica, January 20 – 31, 2024

Step 1: Pay your Conference & Expedition deposit admin fee (below) – US$275 per person

What is this for?
This is a per person administration fee for this Conference & Expedition event which goes to our conference coordinator team, Blue Horizon Conferencing who are handling all administrative and customer care in relation to your Cabin Suite/Voyage bookings with Quark Expeditions, including providing high touch customer service & support over the next 14+ months, in the lead up to, and during our Conference & Expedition event.

*FULLY REFUNDED within 24 hours if Cabin Suites are no longer available/already sold out.

Step 2: Proceed with booking your choice of Cabin Suite for the Expedition/Voyage

Once you complete Step 1. you’ll be redirected to a Thank you page to download your Cabin Suite booking/Voyage reservation form. Please fill this out and return to us via email asap to book your choice of Cabin Suite.

*The cost of your Cabin Suite includes your accommodation, all meals, 1x complimentary Antarctica Parka per person (yours to keep after the voyage), waterproof boot rental, plus all expedition activities scheduled as inclusions of the Antarctica Expedition/Voyage.

Step 3: Pay a 30% deposit to secure your Cabin Suite booking (this will confirm your spot for the Conference & Expedition)

Once we receive your Cabin Suite booking/Voyage reservation form, you’ll be sent a link to pay your 30% Cabin Suite deposit – please complete this payment as soon as possible to avoid disappointment – Cabin Suites are confirmed on a ‘first come, first served’ basis.

*Only once you have paid your 30% Cabin Suite deposit, will your Cabin Suite booking be confirmed (and your spot at the Conference & Expedition, secured). 

The remaining balance of your Cabin Suite booking can be paid in instalments over the coming months – we will be contacting you with payment options and payment plan options, after we have received your 30% Cabin Suite deposit payment. 

Blue Horizon Conferencing is managing payments of all Cabin Suite bookings for this CME/CPD Conference & Expedition to Antarctica aboard Quark Expeditions, World Explorer.

Please Note: We will contact you over the coming months to pay your Conference fee.

Once you have followed the above steps, you will be contacted via email in the coming months to pay your US$1,500 Conference fee.

*Payment of a Conference Fee is only applicable to Delegates and does not need to be paid by non-delegate partners/family members or travel companions.
