Please follow below instructions to proceed with making your booking by paying your 30% cabin suite deposit which secures your accommodation on-board (and confirms your spot to attend the Conference & Expedition).
Step 2: Make your reservation for the Voyage (cabin booking)

We highly recommend following the steps above to proceed with making your booking as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.
Bookings/reservations are made on a ‘first come, first served’ basis and are based on availability of cabins.
Bookings/reservations can only be secured with a 30% deposit (depending on your cabin choice) which is due at the time of submitting your booking/reservation form to us. TO EDIT >>The remaining balance of your voyage/cabin booking will need to be paid by January 30th, 2023. Please refer to Quark Expeditions’ payment terms and conditions for more information.
What is this for?
As per the Conference Information & Registration page, the Voyage Cost for 10 day, 9 night per person is:
Explorer Suite: $9,445 per person – double occupancy (Regularly $10,495pp)
Balcony Suite: $10,345 per person – double occupancy (Regularly $11,495pp)
Deluxe Balcony Suite: $12,145 per person – double occupancy (Regularly $13,495pp)
Penthouse Suite: $13,045 per person – double occupancy (Regularly $14,495pp)
PLEASE NOTE: In addition to the above voyage cost which includes your cabin accommodation, the below mandatory transfer package of US$995 will be charged per person, and includes:
- One night’s pre-expedition hotel night at Helsinki Airport Hotel, with breakfast included
- Charter flight from Helsinki to Longyearbyen
- Arrival and departure transfers in Longyearbyen
- Charter flight from Longyearbyen back to Helsinki
- US$995 per person – this amount will be added to your final invoice issued by Quark Expeditions.
All Conference attendees, plus those individuals coming along as partners/traveling companions are required to have to purchase this mandatory transfer package.
