Here are the 3 Steps necessary to secure your place on the Abdominal Radiology and Urology CME Conference and Expedition to Antarctica, January 8 – 18, 2023 (see Conference Information & Registration page for a refresher of all the Conference & Expedition information and costs)

Step 1: Pay your Conference & Expedition deposit admin fee (below) – US$250 per person

*FULLY REFUNDED within 24 hours if cabins are no longer available/already sold out.

Step 2: Make your booking for your cabin for the Expedition/Voyage
Once you’ve completed Step 1. you’ll be redirected to a Thank you page where you will be able to download your cabin booking/reservation form which will need to be filled out and returned to us via email asap to secure your place on-board.

Step 3: We’ll contact you to pay your Conference fee.
Once you secure your booking for your cabin for the Expedition/Voyage, Delegates will be contacted via email in the coming weeks to pay the US$1,250 Conference fee.
No need to contact us, we’ll get in touch with you regarding this payment.
*Please Note: Payment of a Conference Fee is only applicable to Delegates and does not need to be paid by non-delegate partners/family members or travel companions.

What is this for?

All Conference attendees, plus those individuals coming along as partners/traveling companions are required to pay this USD$250 per person Conference & Expedition deposit.
