Pricing

A $275 registration fee is required to secure your spot. You may then choose to pay a 30% room deposit to lock in your preferred accommodation—or complete this payment at a later date. Once registered, you’ll be able to browse and select from the available hotel rooms.

Register Your Interest

Deposits

To confirm your reservation for Tuscany CME 2026, a deposit of 30% of the total per-person rate is required at the time of booking. This deposit may be paid by bank transfer or credit card.

2nd Instalment & Final Payment

A second installment of 40% is due by February 15, 2025, and the final balance is due by June 15, 2025. Payment reminders and details will be communicated one month prior to each due date.

Cancellation Policy

Days and dates prior to arrival – per person cancellation fees apply as follows:

  • 180 days or more prior to arrival: Refundable less an administrative fee of US$1,250.
  • 179 to 119 days prior to arrival: The 30% deposit is non-refundable. Cancel for Any Reason Travel insurance is recommended – see below.
  • Less than 119 days prior to arrival: All payments are non-refundable. Cancel for Any Reason Travel insurance is recommended.

Insurance

To protect your investment, we strongly recommend securing comprehensive trip cancellation and travel insurance to cover cancellations due to illness, emergencies, or unforeseen disruptions.We have arranged a group policy recommendation through Allianz, a trusted provider we regularly use for our other Adventure CME destinations and events.

Transfers

Should a delegate be unable to attend due to unforeseen circumstances, reservations may be transferred to another individual.

Cancellation Requests

All cancellations must be submitted in writing.
